PROJECT DESCRIPTION
GREaTBamboofactory will produce state-of-the-art decking, flooring, frames, and furniture using FSC certified bamboo as the latest timber extracted from rehabilitated property, bringing existing technology to the next level by using ecofriendly resin in the manufacturing process. To make the most of the bamboo plant, the pulpfactory can make paper towels, toilet paper, bioplastics, and packaging materials from the pieces that aren't suitable for building goods. The first harvest from the restored areas would also be of lower quality, making it appropriate for the pulpfactory. Location of the project several locations in Suriname (Appendix 1 Locations)

Our product called 'CastBoo Floor' is an innovative cast floor based on a terrazzo floor. The terrazzo floor is currently one of the most durable cast floors that is often used in companies such as banks and restaurants. The terrazzo floor also leaves its mark in home situations with its neat appearance. In addition, the floor also has other advantages. When purchasing a terrazzo floor, the consumer can choose from various styles. In addition, it is a strong and wear-resistant floor. As a result, people usually enjoy it for a lifetime.
By changing marble with bamboo, the "CastBoo Floor" will be a lot cheaper than the terrazzo floor, about thirty-five euros per square meter. The “CastBoo Floor” will last a little less than a terrazzo floor, only the bamboo in our floor has a fast carbon fixation.
